St Joseph Tower Assisted Living FAQ

Our community members are people just like you who have worked hard all their lives and planned for their retirement. Our residents enjoy the freedom from the chores associated with maintaining a house, such as repairs, cooking, cleaning, and yard work. If you or your spouse are 55 years or older, you meet our age requirement.

We provide a wealth of lifestyle activities and building amenities. You'll have plenty of opportunities for social and leisure activities. Our activities are planned and coordinated by our fully trained staff, so all you have to do is enjoy the fun. Our activities are optional, you can join as many or as few as you like.

We maintain our own minibus and organize frequent outings to nearby recreational, educational, and cultural events. Our building is quite close to many of Omaha's popular attractions.

Pets are not allowed in the resident apartments.

Housekeeping for your apartment is provided on a weekly basis. The housekeeping service includes light dusting, vacuuming, cleaning of hard surface floors, bathroom fixtures, counters, and appliances. The hallways and common areas are maintained by the staff of St Joseph Tower Assisted Living.

Weekly laundering of your flat linens (sheets, pillowcases, and towels) and personal is included in your Assisted Living rent.

Your monthly rent covers digital cable and all other utilities. There are additional costs for the internet and telephone. Each apartment contains its own heat and air conditioning controls, so you can choose whatever temperature is most comfortable. Interior and exterior maintenance are all taken care of by our staff, including appliances, mechanical systems, lawns, landscaping, snow removal, trash collection, and pest control.

St Joseph Tower Assisted Living has a caring and trained staff with a passion for the elderly. We have beautiful views of the Omaha downtown skyline. Lastly, we accept Medicaid Waiver upon admission.
